Chick-fil-A in Durham

“I had taken my mother for hip replacement surgery at the speciality hospital right around the corner. I went to the drive thru for some chicken nuggets and scrambled eggs for breakfast. I mistakenly order chicken minis but it was alright. The little sandwiches were good..Chick- fil-a is always a good experience, no matter which one I come to..“

“This location of Chick-fil-A doesn't have the mobile through drive through feature, so it can take a little longer than normal if you're used to using Mobile Thru. It still moves pretty quickly, and the people are very friendly and helpful there. The parking lot is small, I've never tried to park and go in to the actual restaurant, but I imagine during busy times of the day it would be difficult to do so because of the traffic coming and going for the drive through.“

“Always super clean, wonderful staff, consistent service and food quality. This location is probably the best in the area if I’m being honest. The lot is a little tricky if you’re not familiar with it but well worth the quality you get coming here“

“I stopped by Chick-fil-A today and was extremely busy the workers were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. I think the young lady name was Ashley, she was very helpful and patient despite the rush. I think it will be better once the students learn the new kiosk and ordering system but other than that great job Chick-fil-A“

“The chicken is always spot on. But the fries are floppy before they come out of the container.

Parking: The unit sits in front of Staples and Lowe's Foods. Advantage is you have a very large parking lot if you need it.

Kid-friendliness: Staff treats kids like the people they are, not a sometimes noisy visitor.“

“Today I showed up with 28 separate orders and the service could not have been better! By the time I was putting in our last 5 orders the first half of my orders were bagged and heading to the car. The manager helped to carry the remainder of the order to our car. Great service and would recommend anyone supporting this location.“

“Great experience when walking in. One of the employees, Meron, gave my daughter a cow and some stickers after he overheard how upset she was when she realized there wasn’t a playground. Then Sandra, the HR director for the store, came by and offered my daughter a hat after I told her about Meron’s kindness. Those two really stood out and made my daughter’s day. The food was good overall, but the bun was cold, and they forgot our sauces, straws, and a milk. It was a little frustrating having to get up multiple times while I was trying to eat. This place seems like a growing NBA team: a couple of star players, but a few others who might need some time in the development league to learn and appreciate the fundamentals of the game. Especially since I overheard an employee in the dining room mocking the kindness Chick-fil-A is known for while talking to another employee. That was disappointing considering how genuinely kind Meron and Sandra had just been. I’d definitely come back though. There are clearly some great people working here, and with a little more practice, this could be a really solid location“
