“I had a minor incident here and notified CFA. The manager on duty (I wish I could remember his name) called me within 30 minutes, apologized and sent me my meal again! I appreciate that and truly shows the art of great customer service. Thank you! 😊“
“My original review is below, after I posted this Kristi from Chick Fil A contacted me, apologized about the service and made things right. It is not often business's acknowledge their mistake and fewer who are willing to make it right and keep a customer. Kudos to Chick Fil A and their commitment to quality! and thanks Kristi.
We ordered a 30 piece nugget and maybe got 25 with many tiny pieces. Very disappointed, this was part of our Christmas Eve meal so not a great time to get something sub par. I had to re heat them so you can see way less then the 30 we ordered.“
