“Most of my visits to your location are typically in the morning before arriving to work in the drive-thru. There is a young lady, I believe the spelling of her name is Yanelli, possibly? She is always smiling and does her job with pride. She should be commended on her efforts and have her fellow staff members model her behavior.“
“BEST CHICK FIL A IN THE TRIANGLE!!This CFA has a kids playground which is such a plus! One of the last ones in the area it seems. Please keep it, my kiddos love it and is one of the major reasons why we frequent CFA.The workers are always kind, and even when something maybe not be right, they do what they can quickly to resolve it. I’ve heard multiple occasions customers berate the workers, but the workers continue to keep a smile and help problem solve.They also have the fastest drive thru. When I need a meal asap because I’m in a crunch.. I know this CFA is the one to go. Please continue doing what you are doing!!Kid-friendliness: I feel comfortable bringing my three kiddo. They can play and eat freely in a safe environment.“
“Same great taste as always and great service considering the lines during lunch. I wish the owner of chic-fil-a wasn't homophobic though, otherwise I'd go more. I understand that this doesn't apply to franchise owners, but the money the franchise makes goes to the corporation... Still great food and great service though.“
“I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.“
“Service great as 99% of the time at a Chick-fil-A. Just wanted something small and not too heavy for breakfast and decided to try the minis. I was so disappointed as it seemed one side of the bread was undone and saturated in margarine/butter, whereas the other side was alot better. So I couldn't eat part of it. So for $5 and some change for those lil minis and half the bread I couldn't eat, I was hugely disappointed. I was traveling and didn't have time to go back.“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“
“Chick-fil-A is one of the few fast food restaurants that is consistently great in just about every category, especially customer service. The employees are always cordial, the order is very rarely ever incorrect, and the service is fast. Every other quick service chain needs to model themselves after them!“
“I ordered delivery, and when it arrived the bag was wet ,one of my sandwiches was not in the bag , half of my drink was gone and spilled all over the fries and the 1 sandwich I receivedI called this place and they took care of everything... even though i had to drive up there ...they made it worth , and made sure I was taken care of , and treated me like a KING , they addressed me by my name ,once they identified me, they apologized for something they did not do , and they were very prompt to make everything rightChik fila is awesome and always is and this chik fila is the bestBecause of the people that work there and they should be compensated property“
“Came here for this morning breakfast, I ordered through the app. Very friendly. The atmosphere is staff are always great at Chick-fil-A. Food is always great. I mean come on now. Now it's Chick-fil-A. It's in a very convenient location right next to Target. Good drive-thru Lane. The store is very clean. The staff are very friendly, especially for being so early in the morning. But again it is Chick-fil-A and they always have the highest standards when it comes to fast food. That's why I don't really even consider them fast food anymore.“
“I would give 5 stars, but honestly I came on here just to say that y’all have got to stop forgetting to give me my granola with my yogurt parfait. It has happened over a dozen times. I am not kidding. I order Uber eats from y’all all the time and I would bet that I have not gotten the granola more times than I have gotten it. It is so easy and makes all the difference. Please stop doing this. I have even tried to call you guys to make sure you would put it in, but am always unable to get anyone on the phone. It is driving me crazy. Please stop forgetting the granola!“
“If you frequent Chick fil A across the country as I do, you tend to spot when things aren't as good as others... The one thing that I can't say I like is the way they have a little driveway that leads to a dead end parking lot just before the drive thru that throws you off. If you don't read the little sign that says parking you're gonna fall for it.You'll end up in that parking lot and have to turn around and go to the next driveway to hit the drive thru...The staff seems a little slower at their job too and doesn't acknowledge you in the mobile order lane until your order comes up, Meaning you're order may be taking a while but the people behind you have to wait for theirs until you're told to move to the holding spots. I'll still use this location they do try, just beware of which entrance is which. LOL“
“Unfortunately, I had to give this location 4 stars when comparing it to other CFAs in the surrounding area. The food was good as usual. The location was very clean as well. However, the service fell short in comparison to other locations as I had a longer wait than usual before someone even said anything to me. I was the only one in line as well (7:30 at night). Not even a "my pleasure" ? I know how CFA is about their standards compared to other quick service food chains. This won't deter me from coming to this location again though, but hoping this helps this one continue to grow as it's in a prime spot for the growth in the area.“
