Chick-fil-A in Raleigh

“I am a huge Chick-fil-a fan, but will drive past other locations if I am close enough to get to this one. The food and service are simply a step above the rest. And the atmosphere is great for working or meeting a friend. I feel the mobile thru line runs smoother here as well. Definitely my favorite spot!“

“I visited this CFA today and when leaving, my car wouldn’t crank. Several employees came to my rescue, finding jumper cables and blocking off the lane beside of me so an employee could pull beside me to hook up the cables. They made several attempts to get it cranked. One manager even offered me a milkshake as it was extremely hot outside! The customer service at this location is truly “second to none”! THANK YOU for your kindness and outstanding customer service.“

“I recently had one of the drive through employees provide service that far exceeded my expectations. Lydia got me set up with the app and earning rewards and is the most positive and uplifting employee I've seen in a long time. I always choose this location for its great service and tasty food.“

“People say, “they have to be nice!” But you can tell when people are faking. Of course we all know food service workers aren’t always so nice. These were all nice and humble workers. I think the hiring of the team is important and they did a wonderful job in their selection and hiring for this Chick-fil-A in Raleigh.“

“Edit: the sign is no longer in the lane, and they switched back to 2 lanes.

Old review: They merged the drive thru lane into the main lane which has increased customer burden for both lanes. My wait times have sky rocketed.

The mobile thru check in sign is sitting in the mobile drive thru lane instead of in the yellow caution area. So if you have a bigger car you have to squeeze between the sign and sidewal potentially hitting the sign or going up onto the side walk.

This place is no longer a 5☆ experience for drive thru.“

“When I first walked into the food court, I was shocked with the pleasant smells of chicken, I look, chick-fil-a! Wow, the workers presented themselves so well but one worker stuck out to me the most, My order taker, rachel, gave the me the most pleasant experience ever and told me all the options that I had and provided me with 10/10 service and helped me when I was having trouble with my card, I am upset the ratings do not go beyond 5 stars because if they did, this chick-fil-a would get a 100.“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“

“Great service and using the Chick-fil-A app is much faster than the go in line and the food came here though right on side of the way it came great service and and the food was delicious and in the atmosphere was great. Definitely come back again.“

“This location is right by NC State, Meredith College, and a middle school so it is perfect for a quick pop in. The building is huge and efficient. There are two lines for drive through and there is an attendant delivering food to each line so they get you through quickly.
And that breakfast biscuit was so deliciously flaky.“

“This Chick-fil-a customer service was top notch. They had no problem filling my request of my 3 dressings for my salad. Ran into a Chick fil a a day or so ago and they refused to even let me purchase an extra one. Never had that happen. Great experience here tho.“
