Chick-fil-A in Apex

“I love this Chick-fil-A. But every time I go, the fries are always so soggy. I can never get a crispy fry from any Chick-fil-A ever since they switched their oil. The fries now always come wet. You may get a crispy fry at the top, but I guarantee halfway through that box you are going to be met with a box full of wet fries. It’s extremely disappointing. The atmosphere, the service there, everything is great. The sandwiches are great, but the best part of the meal (the side), Always gets ruined from being too soggy.“

“Well I've been going here for many many many years since I've lived here for a while the food was worth it even when I lived out in new hill which was like a 20 minute drive or so, though around last winter they did forget a gluten free bun for the grilled sandwich a few times but that's really the only bad thing about it when I would go to the counter and tell them they would apologize and get me a new one. Overall great location. And mobile thru is typically very fast I haven't been in mobile through with a wait. The potato waffle fries are great I have NEVER had a bad order of fries, I have never regretted getting them.“
