Chick-fil-A at Duke Hospital is a beacon of efficient service and heartwarming hospitality. Customers are greeted by friendly faces and a contagious energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's speed in serving customers is impressive, especially in a hospital setting where time is precious. The staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness, including towards young customers, add to the positive experience.
The classic dishes, such as the original chicken sandwich and waffle fries, are consistently delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Chick-fil-A also offers a variety of other options, including salads, wraps, and breakfast items, catering to diverse dietary needs.
While one customer found the chicken sandwich overpriced and not to their liking, the fries, unsweetened tea, and diet lemonade were praised. Another customer expressed concerns about COVID-19 safety protocols, particularly the lack of social distancing at the pickup window. Overall, Chick-fil-A at Duke Hospital provides a much-needed respite from the hospital environment, offering delicious food, quick service, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
