Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order.
