We were finally able to dine inside after the renovations and complete make over of this location. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. We wanted to see what the inside looked like. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The counter/ordering area is smaller but as usual they are very quick at greeting you and taking your order. The dining area is smaller even though they took out the children’s play area. I imagine that they needed more room for the drive through since that’s where they are the busiest. The dining area is warm and homey. As expected our dining experience was great. After placing our order food was brought to our table in a timely fashion. They constantly check to see if you need anything and refill your drinks. Food is always great. We had the breakfast bowl with sausage and a side of hash browns. I would have like some more egg in it as it seemed very sparse. We were not disappointed.

The new drive thru style at peacehaven rd is a Disaster. They need to rethink the layout the Mobil Lane is a waste of time nobody’s ever in at the regular drive-through line is backed up big time.

Shout out to Cameron! This guy is so friendly!!! My daughter and I came in yesterday and I had originally intended to find a table and do a mobile dine in order. As soon as I walked in the door, I could see Cameron's smiling face and I knew I had to get in line! He is always so friendly and he always has such a big smile on his face. This is what I really enjoy about Chick-fil-A. You just can't beat the friendliness and the service.

Drove out of the way to come to this particular CFA, because the corporate website shows they have a playground. The playground was closed and according to an employee has been closed for a long time. Please update website to reflect accurate offerings.Kid-friendliness: No playground

Worst Chick-fil-A in Winston they take forever in the curbside lane. Food is always burnt, last two times I’ve gone they either forget my orders of fries or they only give me one ( besides multiple meals being ordered). They also always forget to give straws! expected better from Chick-fil-A honestly.
