Stopped through drive through - met with timing issue- the grease had to be changed so I HAD TO SUBSTITUTE what I had originally wanted - left and got back on highway and didn't have drink I paid for nor any napkins or spoon to eat slaw. Cashier was friendly but the overall service left me wondering if I had made a bad choice for my lunch.....
Not a fan of the Ai at the drive through. They can hear what you're ordering inside, but the Ai commonly makes mistakes when taking your order, especially if you make any abnormal substitutions.
Orders wrong numerous times. Out of certain items regularly. Don't forget to check order before leaving..open boxes. I don't bother going anymore

Bojangles' service was lacking, with long wait times and unpleasent experiences. The food quality was subpar, with burnt grease flavors and dry biscuits. Despite being hot, the Cajun chicken biscuit was disappointing and missing condiments. The lack of customers and employees' behavior raised concerns about freshness and service quality.
