Don't miss out on this place!! Our family gets takeout from Mi Casa once a week. Authentic and affordable meals with friendly staff. Mi Casa is an absolute gem and hands down the best Mexican food in Kernersville.
Placed order on phone. The food was very good and at a reasonable price. We order Two steak taco plates for under $20. When you go in it is an Mexican market. Very confined. It's a bit confusing where you pick up your order. Other than that, food is good.

Great Authentic Mexican food. Steak and Chicken Sopes are better than anywhere else around here! The owner and employees have been there a long time and are really great, pleasant people! When I’m in town I go there at least 2/3 times a week. Steak tacos are some of the best around also! Keep up the Great work!
