I was having sex with Rashard and it made the work environment AWKWARD. Rashards has a noteworthy ability to multitask at being a "stand up boss" while simultaneously gossiping about all his employees. Rashard, dedicated boss but DEADBEAT father to Dawson. A man who can't run his family should NEVER be trusted to run a store. Mediocre at everything EXCEPT making coffee. Nonetheless, I was informed he hired SEVERAL women...read full review

I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience I had the other day. To start off I was having an awful day, my phone was broken, my car broke down and my foot was injured and I came to dunkin for help because they were near by. Dunkin' is a popular donut shop that has a rather unusual setup, taking over an old gas station. It features a lot of outdoor patio seating, creating a lively atmosphere. The staff includes individuals with varying attitudes and work habits. Some customers have reported unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from certain employees, while others have praised the helpfulness and friendliness of others. Management and some staff members are reported to be excellent. Despite some issues, many customers appreciate the fast service.
There have been mixed experiences regarding orders, especially with certain items like Munchkins and jelly donuts. One employee has been criticized for poor hygiene and rude behavior, while another was recognized for gracious service, even accommodating a misunderstanding about a dozen donuts. The shop offers dairy and sugar substitutes for those with dietary restrictions, and while donuts are sometimes not warm, many customers enjoy them nonetheless.
