The coffee options were extravagant but I did not understand them. The cashier seemed overworked too much to offer me any extras for my coffee. The donut selection was mid. I wanted to buy fancier donuts but there weren't any great ones to choose from. The breakfast sandwich was a bit bland for sourdough but edible. The staff was fine but they were an employee short of being able to upsell me anything at all or have time to clean or organize the dining area. They were overworked.

More often than not, Dunkin Donuts tus out of cinnamon donuts, one has to improvise. I just carry cinnamon in my car for when the urge strikes. It's not quite the same but one expects DD to be fully prepared for one's order at any given time.
