Oftentimes, I work with her from 6a-10a. I've never ONCE seen this albino leprechaun wash her hands. I watched her DIG HER BARE HAND in a customers cup to remove whip cream.To compliment the fact she's a health hazard, Heather is condescending and tactless in her encounters, refusing to address coworkers correctly by name, stating "Your name doesn't matter". If names don't matter, I suggest everyone call Heather by what she looks like instead of what her progenitors thought to name her.Jayona spends too much time hiding in the bathroom and office on TikTok which unfortunately increases wait time and outs strain on newer employees.Angel is an AMAZING employee. He's helpful and answers questions offering the upmost assistance. He's certainly an asset! Jen is great!! Rashard is a delight to interact with! He is one of the greatest managers we've seen since the location opened!!Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy and sugar substitutes.

Terrible service. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to place an order but the staff was too busy gossiping in the back to acknowledge a customer. Seems like the staff would rather make friends and gossip rather than make sales and profits for the company.

The coffee options were extravagant but I did not understand them. The cashier seemed overworked too much to offer me any extras for my coffee. The donut selection was mid. I wanted to buy fancier donuts but there weren't any great ones to choose from. The breakfast sandwich was a bit bland for sourdough but edible. The staff was fine but they were an employee short of being able to upsell me anything at all or have time to clean or organize the dining area. They were overworked.

We stopped at this dunk’n donuts and one of the drinks the girls made was wrong. The manager was very friendly and nice and remade one of the drinks perfectly!!! I had an amazing experience this morning. I went to a first dunkin near my house bc i wanted a refresher but the line was super long and i could barely even get out. then i remembered that on my way to work there was another dunkin (this one) there was no line and when i approached the speaker i asked if they had lemonade and they said only the bottled kind. i further explained i wanted the strawbery dragonfruit refresher. she said no worries i’ll do it for you and i’ll charge you regular price. i also got some hash browns on my order and they were cooked to perfection. i just wanna say thank you for making my morning.

I should first say that I haven't been to Dunkin since they dropped Donuts from their name. So the ordering (dine in) process was a little new to me. The gentleman ahead of me placed his order with the young lady. I stepped forward when it was my turn and was ignored. A second young lady appeared but offered no assistance. I noticed the self service kiosk and fumbled my way through to order. It was quickly prepared and visibly charred and crumbling around the edges when I opened the loosely wrapped sandwhich. Somewhat amazing since the sandwhich itself was lukewarm. But okay! I'm hungry but not gonna act up over a cold, crispy, sandwhich. I took a seat and observed as the ladies mentioned earlier took orders directly from customers. No kiosk needed. Needless to say I felt more than a little disrespected at this point. Again not a problem. First time in a long time at Dunkin and the last time I'll ever patronize this particular establishment.
