I had my first issue with this location this morning. My friend surprised me with a Venti PSL & I was shocked to see it was only half full. So, she paid for a Venti & basically got a grande. People need to get what they pay for. Other than that, this Starbucks has always been great.
Exceptional customer service! Very friendly staff!
Good food and service. Staff was distracting during our stay. Lots of loud cut-up by one guy in particular.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a hidden gem, though it can be difficult to navigate the traffic to reach it. The wonderful employees make this location stand out. They are friendly and professional, with contagious happiness vibes. They make the customer feel heard and appreciated. The staff is amazing, and this is a place that gets the order right. Even at the end of the day when closing, they are patient. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. It is a great place to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy something delicious. One customer went through the drive thru for 3 coffees, and after a mistake, they offered the incorrectly made one as a treat. However, this location can be a hit or miss. One customer noted that a caramel macchiato with an extra shot and oat milk tasted only of coffee shots. Also, service can be super slow, and the parking is incredibly difficult to navigate when busy.
