The guy working the drive thru on 6/29/24 at 1pm was the rudest incounter I've ever experienced anywhere. His tone over the speaker was rude and at the window I sat while my food was ready at the window while he stocked cups and filled drinks for upcoming orders. When he decides to hand me my order he stretches it out and never makes eye contact , no have a good day or nothing!
If you don't like your job dude find another. Just stay away from customer service unless your attitude changes ?“

“I'm retired military, and they provide a discount to Veterans (parking for Veterans) and First Responders.
When the manager acknowledged my military ID at the drive thru and the window, and it wasn't reflected on my receipt, yeah.
Overall, I like the service I provide.
When they don't open on time and folks wait to go in or in the drive thru, it's disappointing.“

“Oh my goodness. Ordered shrimp plate ....wow excellent it was hot the basket was full ...fries were great... hush puppies were fresh and hot. I wish I could have met the owner. Their staff were excellent, and all of them were very friendly ?.
I will have to go to Troutman more often.“
