It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!
Great People and Great Service

KFC is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious meals. Customers have reported receiving great customer service, with friendly and attentive staff who take the time to ensure their orders are correct. The food is described as amazing, and the restaurant provides a comfortable dining experience. Many families enjoy bringing their children here, as kids love eating at this place. The famous bowl is a favorite for some, while others prefer the 8pc meal with two large sides, a biscuit, and a drink, which comes with free refills. Despite occasional issues like being out of some items, the staff is quick to apologize and offers good substitutes. Customers appreciate the friendly attitude of the staff, especially when they handle mistakes with a smile and a positive attitude. However, some guests have experienced problems with Wi-Fi, which may not be secure. Overall, KFC remains a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfying meal in a welcoming environment.
