It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!

Wowwwww that place needs a total overhaul. I was eating my chicken looked under the skin and it was Grey. Terrible, before I seen that I got my drink and there was caked on food where the lids and napkins are. Very Unclean...Never again. I have given them many chances but they are no better then the place they moved from. LOL its not good...wow
