When I go to New York for work, 85% of my meals are at a halal cart. Halal Cart University absolutely stands with the best of what I've had in NYC. The meat and white sauce were both even more flavorful than I've gotten at other halal carts.
It's cash only, but quite frankly, the great prices more than make up for that.
