“This was a food truck at a Christmas lights event this year (25’) and upon seeing the menu and being a fan of good chicken sandwiches.. I was IN.

Excellent chicken which I’d liken to Dave’s Hot Chicken but would perhaps rate slightly higher. Food out of the truck was fresh, hot, and pleasant service too from the guy working. Solid execution on a sandwich with two huge filets, pickles, grilled bun, and cheese. Also came with two sauces by default which is a huge plus. Pricing was reasonable too considering it was a food truck and the quality/portions I got.“

“The young man who took our order was very nice!! Prices are a little high but nothing crazy. The quality is great!! The food was ready quickly and was very hot and fresh.

WARNING: go down a level (or two) in spiciness! I got the mild and it was almost too much. I like spicy! My hubby who likes very spice got the medium and it was almost too much for him.

The wimpy wasn’t hot but had a distinct flavor my 6 year old didn’t care for. I’d recommend unflavored for kids!

I enjoy my hot off the grill Cheesesteak today at “Chucks Cheesesteak.” I won’t say it’s the best in CLT but it’s relatively good. It’s definitely a good steak sandwich on your day off. Yes, you need to walk this off until you release. The Food Truck scared me a bit, but I watched him while he prepared the food and he has a Grade A placard. It’s definitely not rushed so, get your car washed while your steak is freshly made.“

“I’ve been eating here for over three years now and I’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. The pork tacos are very good and the torta is a must. Nothing wrong with this place at all. You’ll never find it if you didn’t already know it’s there because it’s hidden behind a fence next to a body shop.“
