“These folks are listed out of Huntersville, but they travel, and I, for one, am extremely grateful for their mobility.They have 2 enormous smokers, and they most definitely know how to use them.Turkey wings, legs, chicken, BBQ, etc. I could go on and on, but I included a close-up shot of their menu for you to look over yourself.They are located on Statesville Ave on Fridays. Right across from the Shell gas station and right next door to Jerry's grocery store in a huge gravel filled lot. There is plenty of room for parking and some picnic tables to sit at as well.The sweet tea is Southern, and the Q is definitely on point, with their own sauce, not quite all Eastern NC style and not quite all Western NC style, but a nice crossover. Loved the potato salad, and the turkey leg was smoked to absolute perfection. You can literally taste the infusion of smokiness in each and every single bite. My co-worker ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries and said they were a big hit as well. The burger actually covered the entire bun. He said the Q sauce was great for dipping the fries as well.You can follow them and see where they'll be located each and every day. Best pastor tacos I've ever had, and so big it could barely fit in the dang tortilla. Red sauce was bomb! And the watermelon drink, on point. 12/10 HIGHLY recommend. Will be my new go to spot.

“Originally set out to try “No Knife” but after standing outside for 30 minutes after arriving at 11:55, being 4th in line, them allowing only 3 people in at a time, we were over it. When 12:30 hit, 2 people came out with JUST the receipt and they didn’t let us in right away we started looking for other options. Cuzzo’s Cuisine came up online with similar pricing and a few similar options, but more for the dollar. We called our food in, paid over the phone and by the time we got there it was hot and ready. I had the red velvet waffle and fried fish and oh man, it was delicious with the Cajun tartar sauce. My boyfriend had sweet potato waffle and strawberry hot wings and he enjoyed those as well. I tried a piece of his sweet potato waffle and it was falling off the bone good. You could tell there was actually sweet potatoes infused into it by the texture and flavor. We were both extremely satisfied and happy our original destination didn’t work out 😂. Shoutout to the young lady at the counter who was very kind and said I “started something” with my request of fried fish and waffle. My boyfriend came out laughing and said the atmosphere in there felt great. Y’all have something wonderful here! Cuzzo part of the family now 😂. We will definitely be back.“
