This food truck was at The Armored Cow on a Saturday night. I cannot emphasize enough how truly excellent everything was!! We had the flounder fish and chips which was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful, along with the grilled salmon sandwich on a brioche roll, with a couple biscuits on the side. The salmon was perfection and those biscuits were little miracles of crispy exterior with a tender moist crumb inside. We ate like kings and frankly made a spectacle of ourselves...read full review
Omg y'all. Tater tots, covered in Mac n cheese, with like a solid layer of crispy cheese on top then the best, perfectly crispy chicken tenders smothered in maple bourbon buffalo
