This place is one of the best food trucks in CLT! Never had egg rolls in this style before but they did not disappoint! This was my second time trying them, the uptown chicken and chicken bacon ranch are my faves! They are HUGE for the price and so delicious, juicy and flavorful with a satisfying crunch. Title: A Culinary Delight! I recently had the pleasure of dining at eggroll, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.
