My fiance, MIL and I came 5 minutes before they closed because we saw them on Instagram and just had to come and try it. They were absolutely the most amazing kindest people we've ever met. The food was absolutely delicious, so juicy and the chicken was so tender. I'm a big person on cleanliness and after seeing there sanitation rating was 100 I knew it was going to be some banging food. We tried almost everything on the menu and it was a 10/10 for everything. We will definitely tell our family memeber about them and we will definitely be coming back for more.

This place is one of the best food trucks in CLT! Never had egg rolls in this style before but they did not disappoint! This was my second time trying them, the uptown chicken and chicken bacon ranch are my faves! They are HUGE for the price and so delicious, juicy and flavorful with a satisfying crunch. Fries are also super good with the spicy ranch on the side. They have the regular menu and then ask about specials because they always seem to have a few! The owners are so friendly and down to earth people! I always get excited when this place pulls up to my apartment, definitely check them out next time you see them!

Title: A Culinary Delight! I recently had the pleasure of dining at eggroll, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The food truck came to my apartment for an event. The staff at EggRoll are exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The food was hot and fresh when they delivered it to me and I loved the pager to let me know the food was ready. I recommend the veggie and pizza egg rolls and I can't wait for them to come back! If you appreciate culinary excellence and a top-notch dining experience, do yourself a favor and get an eggroll!

5/5 would absolutely suggest trying this place out! The egg rolls were delicious and massive. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the women who served us were so sweet and very welcoming.

We had the chicken and the Philly at a brewery and it was amazing! The cooks clearly had a lot of orders but we're getting them out in a good timeframe. I would 100% recommend, make sure you are patient and support local small businesses when you can

Everything I have ever eaten from this truck has been delicious! From the seasonings, to the ingredients through the service provided and finally the costs of food... It is a good choice to eat here. It's five dollars for a sweet egg roll and six bucks for a savory flavor. I enjoy the Uptown Chicken and always go for that. It's grilled chicken, onions peppers, provolone and mozzarella cheeses in a crunchy egg roll. There is consistency here and I appreciate that. You will wait about 13 minutes for your order, but it'll be worth the wait. For good reasons this has become a new fan favorite at the Laurel Park Friday Food truck event. I wish them great luck and continued success.

AMAZING egg rolls! Not to brag or anything but I'm kind of an expert on egg rolls here. Being Asian, I grew up eating my mom's egg rolls and spent hundreds of hours rolling them to Mom's standards. I make it a point to order it at restaurants and eat it if there's some at a party. Or I'm the one bringing egg rolls to the party. But most of my experience has been the Asian style. Imagine my surprise when I went to Divine Brewery on a cold Sunday afternoon for beer (check out my review on that too) and I see a tent with EGGROLL CO in big letters... but not the traditional Asian fillings. No, this was very different. I had to try it! The ladies who run the business were all super friendly. They walked me through the options and fillings inside. Everything sounded yummy but we opted for just 3 kinds - Philly cheesesteak, Chicken and a Cinnamon Apple. I thought it would just be a good snack in between beers. Nah, it's so much more than that. My rundown: Philly Cheesesteak- AMAZING! I wish I knew the cheese pull would be that serious cause I would've taken a video. What a wasted opportunity. I took the first bite and I swear, my throat made guttural sounds from the shock of how delicious the bite was. I'm talking caveman sounds. The egg roll came with two sauces. I'm not sure what one was but the one I loved was a home made spicy avocado ranch. Dipping a bite into that sauce is a MUST! They could jar the sauce and I'd buy in batches. Yes, fellow Yelpers, it's that good! Chicken - dare I say it's better than the cheesesteak? Yeah, I dare it. Hubs vehemently disagreed but I'm the Yelp Elite here, not him, so you be the judge. The veggies, the cheese, the tender pieces of chicken. I'm salivating here. Cinnamon Apple - this is basically a fried apple pie. Think of McDonald's apple pie but 100000x better and served dripping with delicious sweet icing on top. So decadently yum yum! Now I ordered 3 rolls thinking it would be a good snack but they were so big that Hubs and I got full. It eats like a meal! You def get your money's worth here. Despite how full we were, I still ordered more to-go. I'm not ashamed to admit I popped those bad boys into the air fryer at midnight and I was in glutton heaven. You can follow them on IG or FB for future locations- which is what I did. The chef is super creative with the filling choices and her cooking skills are top notch! Delicious food, great customer service and bang for your buck. Support local and try them out!
