This place was amazing for our family of 4 coming back from the Shelby Corn Maze back to Belmont. Tons of games for the kids….amazing music, food was perfect and the beers were fantastic. Hidden gem of Gastonia for sure. Will be back!!!

Tim and the entire staff are absolutely amazing…love the atmosphere and the place in general…absolutely recommend and check out there bingo and karaoke nights definitely worth going to see and enjoy the fun… great family atmosphere and dog friendly. I love this place ❤️

Based on the reviews, Cavendish Brewing is a great little brewery in downtown Gastonia with a fun, relaxed vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with little nooks for individuals to chill on the couch or sit at a table. It is a type of place to come with friends or alone and spark a conversation with a stranger. The selection of fresh brews is optimal, including Pale and Brown Ales, Pilsners, and the mama rose, gavatate, red ale, oktoberfest, and belgian white. In addition to a varied beer selection, there are plenty of wine and liquor options as well as N/A. The food menu offers more variety than the average brewpub fare. The pizza was fresh, crispy, and very flavorful, and the wings were very good. The chicken quesadillas were pretty good, and the pretzel snack was awesome. A cucumber salad with added pulled pork is recommended. Service can be attentive and friendly, though some found the bartender not very attentive and the food choices limited. Activities vary by night, including karaoke.
