I was pretty underwhelmed by the customer service aspect of my order yesterday. I was barely greeted when I came in, the person at the register was not attentive at all and didn’t give anyone waiting for their food a time or status update. They were taking their slow time when it came to handing out the orders. I ordered my food 30 minutes before I arrived to the store and still waited an additional 30 minutes. Ordered delivery, says it was delivered but I never got the pizza. Had to be on the phone for about 20 minutes before they finally picked up but at that point the store was closed and so I couldn't get my pizza. But got a refund so that's why 2 stars instead of 1
