The manager of this location does not seem to like customers. It was surprising - and maybe just a one-off - because I used to work for the Charlotte franchise. (A LONG time ago.) And they used to do a much better job of caring about the customer.As far as the food, the Domino's habit of no longer knocking the corn meal off the dough before use, means every pizza is going to be .... crumbly. The corn meal sticks, and cooks, and becomes tiny crumbs and flakes that feel like sand: gritty and messy.Topper's and Papa John's still use flour instead, which both tastes and feels better. But this Domino's franchise is more interested in consistent pizza than good-tasting pizza. It's a shame. They could make great pizza if they wanted to.

The Food was great but I will NEVER order food from this location again. My delivery driver Jymaal threw/dropped my order at my door. If you hate your job please find a better direction in a career. I’m glad I’m not a "Karen" because he would’ve been fired before he arrived back to the store.

I ordered a large pizza through the app. I waited until my pizza was ready to go pick it up. When I go to the counter to pick up my pizza, the worker goes back to the kitchen to retrieve it. A couple of minutes go by and I start to wonder what could possibly be taking so long. She comes back to me and says that they have to remake my pizza. I ask her why and all she said was “I think they messed it up”. So then I proceed to wait an extra 20-30 for just a simple large pizza after my pizza was already done. I could not believe the amount of time I patiently waited just to receive a pizza that should’ve been ready when I arrived there.
Absolutely the worst dominos around. They will send your order out. Pass your house then hang up on you when you call to inquire. And won’t refund you.
Way better than the plaza location the food was fresh and wasn’t burnt and sticking to the card board . Customer service was nice and friendly ordered a second time today Sunday and pizza was kinda burnt it’s so hard to get repeat good food in

I was pretty underwhelmed by the customer service aspect of my order yesterday. I was barely greeted when I came in, the person at the register was not attentive at all and didn’t give anyone waiting for their food a time or status update. They were taking their slow time when it came to handing out the orders. I ordered my food 30 minutes before I arrived to the store and still waited an additional 30 minutes. My food was already done but the employee was seldom checking the finished orders so I had to wait basically for nothing because my food was already done. My food was not very hot and I was displeased with my whole experience this particular day.
