Dave’s Hot Chicken in Northlake is a great spot when you’re craving something spicy and filling. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the seasoning actually has a lot of flavor instead of just being hot for the sake of it. The sliders with the slaw, pickles, and Dave’s sauce work really well together, and the fries are a solid side. The portions are good, and the food is great. The employees show teamwork and are professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The place is clean. Some visits had a long wait for only having a few people in the restaurant, and one to go order was not as warm as it should have been. Overall, it is a good addition to the Northlake area and a place to come back to.
