Tonight I had an issue with an Uber Eats order that three drivers came to the restaurant to pick up. I ended up calling the store at Davis lake in Charlotte, NC and spoke with Elise who told me the third party system had been turned off. I stated that I had been waiting an hour and it was accepted by the store prior to them turning off the system. I asked if they could honor the order that was originally confirmed. The Davis Lake Chick-fil-A should not even be called a Chick-fil-A. The service is atrocious. I ordered on my app and have to sit in the car line for over 20 minutes and I still do not have my food there still eight cars in front of me. Worst Chick-fil-A ever.
Completely ignored me as I was waiting for an Uber eats order. None of the staff greeted me and served everyone else even those who came in after me. I ended walking out and canceling the order. This location is extremely rude
