I’ve never had to return food at Chick-fil-A. The fries were not hot the sandwich was overcooked. The manager on duty wanted to argue with me. She finally replaced the food. I will Not be returning. I’ll wait on northlake to reopen.

This location got a much needed upgrade and the rude manager that used to be there is gone. The food is as good as ever but one thing I can ALWAYS count on is never getting the sauces I request. What is the point of asking what kind of sauces I would like in the bag, if you never ever ever put them in there?

I went to get chicken minis to feed my family of 4 early this morning. After arriving and placing my order at the intercom, I asked for sauce to accompany the minis and was met with none even after affirmation of receiving some. $40 worth of food with no sauce :(

No point in using mobile ordering here because the drive through blocks the mobile order line. They could easily open access to the mobile line but choose not to do it.

Mobile Thru is NOT faster! So I have not updated my review in the last couple years but originally it was a five star that I've had to change to a 2 star given my last three experiences here. Ever since they added the mobile through option you are better off picking your order up at the pick up location inside or going through the regular drive-through Every time I've gone through mobile thru it has taken me significantly longer and all I order is a drink and it is unacceptable to be sitting there and have five or six other cars get served behind you and right next to you when this is supposed to be the option that is quickest. Plus I have an uncomplicated drink that I now have to wait 10 minutes sometimes to even get this last time I had to actually call over to somebody to ask about my drink that had been sitting there. Unacceptable. And the friendliness and the overall demeanor of the staff has gone from your typical Chick-fil-A pleasant and friendly to what appears to be dread and I don't understand why the change,I have used this new feature at several other locations with no problem over the last month
