This Chick-fil-A location at Northlake Mall in Charlotte is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared Chick-fil-A and everything that you would expect and more. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you get everything that you need.

my family and I were here helping my daughter move into her new apartment and I was sent out to get lunch and I must say when I visited this Chick-fil-A on Saturday December 10th. I frequent Chick-fil-A's a lot and this was by far my worst customer service experience.
