Missing a large fries from my order

Better bring the whole bank account this location in general skyrockets it's prices Mini 10 count 15$. Price gouging for real 5$ for a chicken biscuit never use to be that could get a 4 count of minis and a chicken biscuit for 5$

Y’all really stood there and looked at me and my friend who clearly wanted to order and y’all sat on y’all phones. Three of y’all really did that, if you all were closed or just cleaned up I would’ve understood and I was going to ask to make sure because why would I make y’all serve food if you’re starting to clean up I worked in fast food too. But y’all ain’t even let me find out because NO ONE walked over. All three of them employees looked like little kids who don’t know no better and it’s probably they first job. Clearly they need to work somewhere else with them McDonalds attitudes working at a Chik-fil-a acting ghetto.

Waited 30 minutes for my order and when I asked where the food was the lady was very rude and had an attitude and said “I just got it sir” and then when it came out she threw the food at one of the employees to give it to me. They also gave me the wrong drink and the wrong sandwich. What a pathetic location and doesn’t do the church fil a name any service. Just trash all around this store, including many of the disheveled and lazy employees.

If it would allow -stars, I would rate this location management a -20. How does the store owner lie about who is the manager? How does the store owner not know who's the manager for the night or day shift? When a question is asked, how is it that they overlooked the question or beat around the brush to answer the question? It's always said it starts from the head down. Customer service is a must, what about respect between employees? We will see when legal actions go into action. Look out for this on the news. Everyone needs to know what really goes on behind closed doors at this location.

Hands down the worse Chick-fil-A … been working at this mall for years and the Chick-fil-A is definitely at its worst I’ve seen it. They don’t even sell breakfast anymore and still can’t get your order right or on time. A glove was found in somebody food and I waited over an hour on a mobile order I never got smh don’t waste your time here GO TO THE ONE OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT. Dana is the manager and she’s rude to everyone for no reason.
