Best coffee ever. Smooth and not bitter. Great service. Support local!
Best coffee ever !!! Ran into mean mug in the mall while we were on vacation from out of town. Evelyn served us up a fat daddy frappe and macchiato with extra shots of espresso and boy were we impressed!! Bought some whole beans to bring home so we could have a little piece of mean mug with us when we got back to Florida. Makes amazing espresso and traditional coffee.
Always a great atmosphere, good coffee and food. Dog friendly is a plus for me.
Mean Mug Coffee Company is a popular cafe located in a mall. They offer a variety of drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, iced chai, frappes, and macchiatos, all made with great care. The cafe also serves fresh grilled breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and loose leaf teas. Customers can enjoy their beverages in the indoor seating area or take advantage of the wheelchair-accessible location. The friendly baristas provide quick service, making it a perfect spot for a shopping break. Mean Mug Coffee Company offers a loyalty card for regulars and even has a Mean Mug Mobil for special events. Customers have enjoyed the caramel frappe, hot chocolate, and the overall quality of the drinks. The staff is described as friendly and kind, providing great service. The 2nd floor coffee shop is closed, but the 1st floor kiosk under the escalators is open. Customers have found the orange creamsicle drink delicious, but the ingredients are often not in stock. The cafe offers a wide range of options, including a decaf coffee flavored with sugar-free white chocolate and caramel, which was praised as delicious.
