This location is on the 2nd level of the mall.Stopped in here after having weak hotel coffee in hopes that the mug was indeed "mean"...and so it was. Ordered a latte and sat out in the mall corridor and enjoyed the shopping vibes.Although I only ordered a large latte, I was insanly tempted to order an amazing looking Danish with what appeared to have my name on it. (That big hotel breakfast was still hitting me though.) Everything seems very fresh and made to order.They seem to have all kinds of loose leaf teas, coffee, tumblers, apparel and pastries. Several customer came in and ordered fresh grilled breakfast sandwiches. This seems to be a hotspot for many of the mall employees. One gal mentioned that she visits Mean Mug daily so I kindly gifted her my Loyalty card. Collect 10 punches and get a free cup of coffee.Definitely swing by here if you are needing a boost of caffeine or a relaxing cup of tea. They have indoor seating if you prefer to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle.If you have fam in the area, def check out the Drury Inn Hotel within walking distance! (See our review.) We walked over in a short 5 minutes.*** For special events they have a Mean Mug Mobil. Def check that out! ***Thank you, Rosa. You wear many, many hats at Mean Mug. Got a simple cappuccino and iced chai and both were great! Barista was really friendly and service was quick. The cafe is quite large especially since it's inside the mall. This is the perfect place for a coffee or tea while you're shopping

Best coffee ever !!! Ran into mean mug in the mall while we were on vacation from out of town. Evelyn served us up a fat daddy frappe and macchiato with extra shots of espresso and boy were we impressed!! Bought some whole beans to bring home so we could have a little piece of mean mug with us when we got back to Florida. Makes amazing espresso and traditional coffee.

I was not happy with my last experience at the mean mug! I waited 15 minutes for a bagel and when I asked the cashier for a muffin instead, she had an attitude and said it just popped up and I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to finish her making a sandwich for someone else! All I had was a BAGEL TOASTED! I should have gotten my money back and I will probably will not be coming back because their service definitely fell off!!!
This is my favorite cafe. The food and drinks are just great. The service is fast and friendly. I also really liked the diverse assortment. They really do with love. A thousand times better than Starbucks.

I'm from out of state. I found Mean Mug Coffee Company because it was close to where I was staying and I'm glad I did! The ladies were super sweet! They made my order quickly and my food and coffee was delicious. Thank you!
Came to the mall for a quick errand and stopped by to get their chai frappe with coffee. The taste was amazing and strong flavors it did not disappoint! The staff was nice as well!

I had some errands to run with my Mom and wanted to pick up a warm latte on a rainy day. Unknowingly, this business was on my visit list. This location is inside Northlake mall. I looked over the menu for a few minutes before deciding to place my order. The barista was very nice. My Mom ordered a Peanut Butter White Mocha before me and that's when I realized they had a flavor menu. I suggest that they include it on the regular menu as a subcategory instead of taping it under the pay station. I ordered a 16 oz Salted Caramel and Toasted Marshmallow latte with almond milk. My total was $6.17. The flavors weren't super strong but I'd order from here before I visit Starbucks. There are some seats in the area at the front and back of the kiosk. I'd rate it three out of five stars due to the lack of flavor from the syrups.
