Placed an order twice, both times were disappointing. First they gave me small fries even though i ordered large, i didn’t mind cause i was already on the way. Second time the cashier lady gave me an attitude. I was there a minute early, she said it is not ready yet that was fine. Waited 8 more minutes, my order was right there on the counter. Your order will take about 30 minutes longer than promised. You will need to wait another 10 minutes to have them correct the order. The attitudes are not pleasant, a “do not care attitude “ . It is Northlake, so I shouldn’t expect anything different .
