“We had catering from John Brown's in King. Scott was AMAZING! We were beyond pleased with everything and felt like Scott was part of our family. He did amazing on the food and helped make our daughters wedding day special!! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. if you need catering or just want to visit the store you will not be disappointed.“

She knew exactly how to ring up the order and did it quickly. She greeted me with a smile and was so polite. Emmy is the model of a great Chick-fil-A employee. “This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!“

“Waitresses are great and very friendly. Food is Awesome! But one of the bartenders has very bad customer service. I stood for 3 to 4 minutes waiting for service and when her favorite couple came up she went to them first. I spoke up and said sorry but i was next so she chose to mess my pina colada up and it was awful, those drinks are 10 dollars. She should pay attention better on who walks up first. Her spitefulness should get her fired. But everything else at this restaurant is great!“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“
