The Tilted Ladder Reviews
Waitresses are great and very friendly. Food is Awesome! But one of the bartenders has very bad customer service. We just love this place and Joy is the BEST waitress EVER!! Our 8 year old just loves her!
Jocelyn, wait staff, & food were equally super. Had Tilted Shrimp, a lite, sweet Slaw & outstanding Sautéed Broccoli. Brought home a Tilted Club/side of tossed salad for my hubby so we were both happy!! Will be back again...

The Tilted Ladder offers great food and service with a big variety of menu options. Customers often praise the onion petals, flatbread pizza, and made-to-order Tarheel burger. The restaurant is also known for its delicious burgers, including the Twisted fries and best cheeseburger ever. Visitors appreciate the friendly service, with attentive staff who provide helpful recommendations. The café is dog-friendly and has a breezy patio, making it a perfect spot for those enjoying the lower mountains of NC.
While some customers have experienced longer wait times for food, they highlight the vibrant atmosphere and the restaurant's popularity. The Blackened Chicken over a bed of tobacco onions and Sidewinder Fries have received high praise for their exceptional seasoning and moisture. Newer items like chicken piccata have had mixed reviews, with some customers noting it was dry, but the side salad was fresh and well-received. Overall, The Tilted Ladder is a must-visit for tasty meals, friendly service, and a welcoming environment for both locals and travelers.
