“Waitresses are great and very friendly. Food is Awesome! But one of the bartenders has very bad customer service. I stood for 3 to 4 minutes waiting for service and when her favorite couple came up she went to them first. I spoke up and said sorry but i was next so she chose to mess my pina colada up and it was awful, those drinks are 10 dollars. She should pay attention better on who walks up first. Her spitefulness should get her fired. But everything else at this restaurant is great!“

“We had catering from John Brown's in King. Scott was AMAZING! We were beyond pleased with everything and felt like Scott was part of our family. He did amazing on the food and helped make our daughters wedding day special!! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. if you need catering or just want to visit the store you will not be disappointed.“

“Hello all. This Chic Fil A has been absolutely amazing today. My truck stalled out on me today in the drive through and the staff was extremely kind and quick acting. They helped push my truck to an area where we could let it sit until my father came to my aid. The staff was so sweet and didn’t rush my kids and I to move the truck into a parking spot. When my father arrived, we had 4 men come out and help push while my dad steered. Thank you to all those who were involved and spent their time helping a mother who knows nothing about vehicles. The man who helped us the most also brought ice cream cones out to my young daughters. I mean, how sweet is that!? Thank you all again for your warm hearts. The world needs more of you. ❤️“

“I just went through the drive thru for breakfast and Emmy took my order. I thought we had a complicated one because my husband just wanted egg whites. She knew exactly how to ring up the order and did it quickly. She greeted me with a smile and was so polite. Emmy is the model of a great Chick-fil-A employee. “This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!“
