If you're in the mood for a made to order burger that tastes like real food, give The Tilted Ladder a try. I had the Tarheel burger, which is topped with chili, mustard, slaw and onions. It was juicy and delicious...and a bit messy to eat, but I'd order it again in a heartbeat!“
“A fantastic breakfast on Easter. You can never go wrong with country ham, eggs, and coffee. The service is what really stood out to me here. Respectful, charming, and attentive. My coffee was never empty and they never hesitated to ask if we needed anything else. Definitely coming back next time I'm in the area.“
“We have been going to John Brown's for several years. They are super consistent in the quality of food and super service. We drive about 40 miles to go there. We would be glad to drive 100 miles if we needed to to get the outstanding food and service. I recommend John Brown's to everyone!!“
“Called in an order to go for my wife. It was small, consisting of two side items, but the staff were friendly regardless. In the world of restraunts its not uncommon for folks not buying full meals to be treated inadequately but this was not the case at Trails End. Good food at a low price, this is offically a regular visit for me snd my family.“

“Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The size one one hashbrown was the size of what other wafflehouses would consider triple. My toast was actually buttered instead of some small spread. And the young man made sure multiple times we had everything we needed and even gave us free to go cups. They even turned up the heat for us when they saw how cold and rainy it was outside. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. 10/10 I would nominate this Waffle House as the best in the nation“
“Went on a busy Sunday right after church hours, service was still quick and they had several employees taking orders on handheld terminals. Regardless of the busy atmosphere the employees were still polite and respectful, my food was correct, and I was home with a happy belly in a reasonable amount of time.“

Before you ask for microwave nachos, remember that they do NOT have the same kind of microwave you have at home. Their microwave is much more powerful than the one you have at home. I know because I asked for nachos in the microwave for 15 seconds, which overcooked the cheese.“

“I've been to JOLO at least half a dozen times and it has yet to disappoint. We did have to wait for our table following our tasting, but Samira (our tasting host) made sure we had a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy while we waited. The food was outstanding, and the wines keep getting better and better!“
