“Very good country breakfast diner. Some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Gravy biscuits are really good too. Hash browns are a little on the plain side I wish they put more onions maybe a little more seasoning, But they're still good. The wait staff is one of the best parts, super nice and welcoming. Coffee's nice and black always fresh. Wish I had gotten some pictures of the plates but they look so good we just dig in and forget about the pictures, ?. But you definitely can't go wrong going to breakfast here.“
“i was talking with someone at the Y about good food, good price and good portions and told him where I normally would go. He asked if i had ever tried the Old Stage Grill in Yadkinville. Responding never, i visited last year to check it out. wow! I was impressed, the food was great, portions excellent and the staff are polite and very friendly. i enjoy baked catfish, baked porato, collard greens and hot rolls on Many Fridays after bowling or a round of golf. Every day there is a different special. I have no complaints...back tomorrow. That's whats up!“
“I had the opportunity to visit this location with some work colleagues today. We were there to get lunch about 12:30pm. It is located in the small downtown area of Yadkinville, NC. You almost would not know it was there if you had not heard about it or been here before. When we arrived it was not too busy. There were quite a few tables occupied but no one was in line ahead of us. You order at the counter, pay and they bring your food to your table. We spent a few minutes checking out the menu and noticed the specials board which had a bowl of vegetable soup with a grilled cheese sandwich and a drink for $9. They also have lots of other sandwiches, salads and wraps The three of us made our choices and placed our orders. All of us ordered the vegetable soup and two of us ordered it as the meal with the grilled cheese. We had a seat and chatted a short while as we waited for our order to arrive. Everything looked delicious. The vegetable soup was very hearty with lots of vegetables and ground beef. The grilled cheese was crunchy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside. The grilled cheese was perfect dipped in the vegetable soup. Overall this was a great experience and totally not expected. We will be back.“
“Great little dive restaurant in Yadkinville, NC. Serves a nice little variety of meals, with daily specials. Food is like typical southern, American diner style. Breakfast/burgers and a few specialty items. Price is very affordable and the atmosphere is quaint. It reminded me of a cross between Cracker Barrel and a convenience store. (Small and comfortable.) Out in the middle of nowhere, but will definitely visit again!“
“We were looking for a place in Yadkinville that had gluten sensitive options for one of the people in our dining party—and were surprised to discover this busy kitschy diner in the strip mall could do just that. Service was prompt and friendly. Despite the fact that it was busy and rainy, the dining areas were very clean. There were lots of menu options that were marked gf. We got a bbq loaded baked potato for $13. It was a huge portion that took up most of the plate. We were too full to try any of the desserts, although the cobblers and banana pudding were very tempting. We did make sure to get some sweet tea for the road. We will definitely be back when we travel through the area again.Dietary restrictions: There were several items marked as gluten friendly on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Strip mall location so seemed to be accessible with no steps“

“One of our guest went to the restroom and upon our discovery he was not finished and the waitress was clearing the table when he was "NOT" finish with his plate. Next time please ask??? If all parties are finished "BEFORE" YOU START CLEARING THE TABLE!!!“

“Stopping off the highway for gas and something to eat, we spotted this diner. It was filed with locals. The service was great. The place was clean but nothing to write home about. We'll probably never get back that way again, but we would definitely make a point of stopping by again if we did. Meal time or not.“
“I love the food here, especially the philly cheese steak and their chicken tenders. My only wish is that they had more help. Luckily I'm self employed and don't have to punch the clock, but sometimes it takes almost an hour to get our food when they're busy. I've heard several groups complain about it and I've tried to reassure them the food is worth the wait which I'm sure it was.“
