“Harold’s is the absolute best restaurant in wilkes hands down!! The hot dogs are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. i could literally eat them every day. Allen and Monica are always the best too!! They never fail to great you when you come in and are ALWAYS SUPER kind and friendly!!! DEFINITELY recommend!!!“
