Stopped in 9-1-17 at 5:00 pm. Placed an order for me, my wife and my daughter after having to wait. Our utensils where all covered in food. Then I watched the cook, leaning on the counter, either picking or pushing up on her top teeth up with her hands. She did not wash her hands, but she did put gloves on before placing our food on the grill. She then, with her gloves on, went out to the dining room to pour some customers coffee.
