“Had a mix up and order was really late. Talked to waitress and my gosh they went above and beyond to make things right. Free order of wings and a gift card . Food was amazing . Hands down best burgers in town . Staff goes above and beyond to make your experience special. Highly recommend and my new go to place in west Jefferson. And the wings are really good.“

“We took a road trip on the Blue Ridge parkway. We found this place and figured we would try it for lunch. Let me say how impressed my wife and I both were with the delicious burgers we got. The staff were so courteous. We were greeted with smiles. We cant wait to go back just to be in wonderful company and try out the dinner menu next.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is one of our favorite local spots. Laid-back, fun, and good vibes. Great service, plenty of TVs for sports. The food is solid every time. We’ve had the French dip multiple times (so good + that bread) wings, steak & cheese, and the buffalo chicken salad. One of our favorite appetizers is the boiled peanut bucket, and bonus points because the peanuts are seasoned and flavorful, not bland like you get in a lot of places. Hands down the best restaurant around West Jefferson.“

“Been here twice and love the vibes and the Music! My boyfriend and I went last year to see Little Horse then later on in year we came back to see The Cosmic Hillbilly Experience! Two Great bands! Looking forward to coming back! I will definitely be recommending this place and the bands!“

“Stopped in for lunch today with our two dogs and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We sat out on the patio and our server was absolutely fantastic — attentive, friendly, and even brought water out for the pups without us having to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness really stands out!
The food was incredible. We ordered the Steak Caesar Salad, Pot Roast, and finished it off with the Cheesecake — every single dish was delicious and the portions were generous. We drove in from Knoxville and honestly the prices here are unbelievably reasonable for the quality you get. You'd pay double for this back home.
Boondocks is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon when you're traveling — great food, great people, and a laid-back atmosphere where your dogs are just as welcome as you are. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!“
