This is my and my husband’s favorite restaurant. We love it because it never disappoints. We dine here about once a month. It’s fine dining with a laid-back atmosphere. You could go dressed to the nines or as casual as you wish and you will fit right in. The food is outstanding. Always fresh and full of flavor with inventive sauces and enticing specials. Best “date night” restaurant in West Jeff. Good food, decent price,Good atmosphere. If You want a table call ahead, but there is usually walk in space at the bar area. Highly recommend if you are reading this review.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. We had Drew as our waiter and he was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and gave great recommendations. The meal was just insanely good from start to finish. It's hands down the best meal my husband and I have had since moving to West Jefferson.Overall, Craft Bistro surpassed our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat.
