Went through drive-thru. Food received was cold and appeared to be sitting underneath a heating lamp for hours! I asked the guy for some fresh food and he told me they couldn't make it fresh so he would just refund me my money!!! So instead of preparing the customer with fresh food, you refund the customer and lose money?! Make it make sense!!!
You need to change your oil. French fries were not good. Tasted old and my bread on chicken sandwich was hard.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's offers a professional and pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff. The food is always excellent and fresh, with the pulled pork bbq frisco burger and an apple turnover being the best in a long time. The shakes are amazing. Occasionally it takes a bit to get food, but ordering online works great and offers free food. The dining room is clean with good music, making for a great experience. The first shift manager is incredible and super nice, reaching out to regular customers to ensure everything is as it should be. The food always surpasses surrounding competitors, and orders never come out wrong.
