I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I can't say anything good about my experience. I gave them my order 4 times. They kept putting it in wrong. Once they finally put it in right, my food was still prepared incorrectly. I had a valid, in-date coupon for their store, the man over the speaker didn't put in my coupon ((though luckily the woman at the window put it in after I handed it to her)) the man wanted me to read him a code but there wasn't a code on the coupon....read full review
You never know what you are in for when you go to this McDonald's. You could see drama in the kitchen. A dirty lobby. You could see rude employees that ignore you when you stand at the register instead of using a kiosk. They will literally look at you, turn their heads and pretend like they didn't see you only to continue standing there looking at a screen with their back turned. i don't usually have a hard time at this location, mainly bc i know to stay away from a busy place if i don't have the time. i stopped by on my way home last night for what seemed like a normal night. i was greeted and paid for my food by a man named gabriel last night who absolutely made my night. he was super peppy and polite. it made the experience even better than it already is and i couldn't thank the staff enough for sending me off in higher spirits than when i arrived....read full review
