This used to be a good location. Went here for a "quick" bite after work. Went inside and ordered at the register. No one behind the counter looked over the age of 20. Kids running the place. Ordered our food. And waited at the table. 15 mins later still no food. We were the only non employees in the building. I went and asked about our food. No one seemed to know anything about it! What??! Even the guy that took our order asked what we needed... Um, the food I paid for. How could they have forgotten us that quickly?? I had to tell someone behind the counter multiple times what we ordered after that, and in another few minutes they gave me a bag that was still incorrect, but I didnt want to fool with it further and ate what they gave me. Its not like they had a dining room full of customers, and our order just got caught up in the mix. We were the only customers in the building. There were even two employees that sat down after we ordered and got food before we did. Definitely not on my list of places to revisit.

Visited this location today using the screens to place our order and registered a table top number of 21. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers with extra pickles, 1 large frie and 2 large drinks. As instructed by the receipt and screen we took our number and went and sat down. 10 min went by and we waited. It was not that busy inside as workers were cleaning dancing and seem to enjoy their work location as they chatted with each other. About another few min go by and one of the workers yell out an order which matches ours. My husband goes to get the order, when another young gentleman steps up takes the bag of food and drinks. We wait a little longer and I head up to the counter. As I walk to the counter the young gentleman who took the order from the counter returns the bag of food and picks up another order and leaves. Obviously he took the wrong order. I then had to wait for one of the dancing conversating employees to see me standing there in order to get two large cups. As I went back to the table my husband states to anyone one listening, mainly Sherry, we assume the manager sitting on her laptop in the back corner of the restaurant, what is the point of providing instructions if you are not going to use or follow them.As we ate we did not have extra pickles as it stated on the bag, receipt. Fries were under done. We did however get a nice show of employees delivering drive thru orders dancing around in the lane and vaping.

All but one order kiosk was broken. The one partly functioning one had a messed up screen , nonfunctioning scanner,and didn't print a receipt after paying but it showed up in the app. Two quarter pounders with cheese anda happy meal took over 25 minutes. It wasn't' made until inquiring at the counter and finally they started making the order. Wouldn't recommend.

Went through drive thru. Had to wait for a couple of minutes. The buns were slightly hard but overall satisfied for McDonald's.
i don't usually have a hard time at this location, mainly bc i know to stay away from a busy place if i don't have the time. i stopped by on my way home last night for what seemed like a normal night. i was greeted and paid for my food by a man named gabriel last night who absolutely made my night. he was super peppy and polite. it made the experience even better than it already is and i couldn't thank the staff enough for sending me off in higher spirits than when i arrived. i had a tough day yesterday so ending it off on a good note w this awesome crew is EXACTLY what i needed. A+ mcdonald's. thankful for all yall do, even when we don't tell you enough.

They are not much on customer service asked if we could get hot fries they said sure of course they were old and cold bring them back up there and they replaced them with some attitude went to eat the cheeseburger and they were cold I mean really there was a lot of employees there so it was like they were short handed. The dining area look like a storm went thru it, the garbage cans were over flowing garbage on the floors. So if you like old cold food this is the place for you if not then go somewhere else

I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I can't say anything good about my experience. I gave them my order 4 times. They kept putting it in wrong. Once they finally put it in right, my food was still prepared incorrectly. I had a valid, in-date coupon for their store, the man over the speaker didn't put in my coupon ((though luckily the woman at the window put it in after I handed it to her)) the man wanted me to read him a code but there wasn't a code on the coupon. It was just frustrating going through all of that and they still didn't make our sandwiches the way we asked.

You never know what you are in for when you go to this McDonald's. You could see drama in the kitchen. A dirty lobby. You could see rude employees that ignore you when you stand at the register instead of using a kiosk. They will literally look at you, turn their heads and pretend like they didn't see you only to continue standing there looking at a screen with their back turned. The drive-thru services really not bad. About 80% of the time I have been pulled up to wait on my fast food. Usually my orders are something simple like a double cheeseburger or a quarter pounder with french fries so I'm really unsure why they are such a fan of pulling customers forward to wait. It's probably still that way they can serve the order off of their system and make their drive through times look better because they're not working fast enough to meet demand. Your best bet is just to go on to Mount Airy and eat at the McDonald's on North Andy Griffith parkway across from the mall on highway 52.
