I go here a lot due to the location. The Panera app and sip club keep me coming back. I do get frustrated by the frequent lack of everything bagels. They are the best though! I also often have to ask for hazelnut coffee refills. Apparently people know the best offerings! The setting is as expected for a chain.
Everything was good overall. My husband and I went there to get some French onion soup and that was wonderful but they provide plastic spoons to eat with. The spoons cut both my husband and my mouth. These spoons were terrible and made the whole experience. Unfortunate We will not return for soup again.

I placed an order for a bunch of egg souffles and bagels for pick up on Christmas Eve as my family looks forward to Panera for breakfast on Christmas morning every year. The manager called me before pickup saying they didn't have the ingredients to make the souffles. I was not happy of course, but after some negotiations, the manager went above and beyond, getting the ingredients from another store and making the souffles so we could keep our Panera Christmas tradition alive....read full review
