Personal touch of the staff, first bite of the sub excites the taste buds.
Great restaurant franchise that is all. Disappointed by Steak and cheese and club sub. They were both disappointing. You would best go to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John’s!!!! Much better!!!
The food was great! Service could have been a bit faster, but ok. Place was very clean, but I did takeout so didn't stay long.

Firehouse Subs Stratford Towers is a restaurant that offers a variety of sandwich options, including the Italian and Hook and Ladder. The staff is known for their friendly customer service, ensuring orders are complete and accurate. The restaurant takes pride in the flavor of their sandwiches, with generous amounts of meat and toppings. The Italian sandwich is praised for its delicious taste and the addition of Italian dressing and mayo. The Hook & Ladder sub is also highlighted for being packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted, and full of flavor. Customers appreciate the quality of the meats and the freshness of the toppings. While some orders placed through food delivery apps may have slightly higher prices, the overall experience remains positive. There have been reports of long wait times and some disorganization in the kitchen, but the atmosphere is great and the restaurant is clean. A self-serve drink machine with various options is available, and the commitment to the community by supporting first responders adds to the dining experience. Dietary restrictions are also considered, with gluten-free buns offered as a huge plus.
