The entire restaurant had an offensive odor. The ladies bathroom was littered with toiled tissue in the floor and the trash was running over. My food was delicious but they were out of tomatoes and lettuce and you could only use cash. I saw two couples leave because of that...This restaurant needs attention if it is going to remain open.

This was a poor visit today. Honestly it seems from a glance that the franchise owner either doesn’t know what’s going on, or is really into penny pinching.Why do I say that?Lights were off for half the restaurant, the temperature was quite warm inside, the staff was truly rushing around with only 3 people working the entire store during lunch. Lots of hand made signs like “don’t take more than 1 or 2 sauce packets”. The soda machine was out of most of the drinks, and the ice ran out while I was watching other guests get frustrated about the lack of drink options.Also the carbonation was way off, a ton of folks were pouring drinks out after tasting even the diet drinks.At one point someone said “tell customers that the only drinks we have are diet, and tea” but this was 25minutes after I already ordered.The sub was ok, the prices have gone up over time and I think it crossed the line of not being worth it.It was just… meh. For $14 I would recommend somewhere else.

Not open on time only one person working. Place was filthy from night before. Know that because we were first there Bathroom was awful. No paper towels one employee that was there smoking in bathroom area before making sandwiches Never been in a firehouse that was like this. Won’t go back to this

The staff was so friendly, they wanted to make sure I got everything I ordered. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure the staff working this evening when I ordered got recognized for their customer service.

Sticks out like a sore thumb as the roughest place in the shopping center. Very few customers inside whenever I go by, floor is dirty, smells like weed outside. Staff seem not enthused to be there to say the least the two times I have gone in (still without successfully dining). Today there was one manager (?) with a cigarette behind his ear. I saw someone making a sandwich use his teeth to open a mustard packet. Card reader machine was not working; tried to pay cash instead. After 5 min of not being open the drawer for change and sandwich not being started I decided to go elsewhere.The other time I just asked for bottled water; took forever to get rung up, and it was warm out of the mini fridge by tje register.For a $14 6" meatball sub y'all can afford to pay for better staff. Will stick to Jersey Mike's. 2 stars is because I remember the meatball sub tasting good in college in another town a decade ago, but can't speak to the one here.

Firehouse is definitely consistent. I got the Italian sandwich on wheat this time. I wanted to try something new I’ve tried them multiple times, but I usually get the same thing. The sandwich was delicious had enough amount of meat. I love the fact that they put Italian dressing on it and mayo, it gave it a different flavor along salami and other meats. I usually get the hook and ladder. It was ordered through GrubHub, so the prices were a bit expensive on the app, but the prices are usually reasonable when you go in.

Sandwiches tasted horrible. Soup was not in the bag ordered and paid for. Tried calling the store times on today without an answer. Also the drink machine ran out of HI C grape. No one bothered to refill it. This location clearly clears the brand a poor name. Please do better! Needless to say I will never return to this location.
