I went to the drive thru and began placing my order (touch screen). About halfway through I was told the drive thru was closed and I had to come inside. I went inside and the employee fixed my food to order but didn't engage much. Then, a woman I thought was a CUSTOMER got up from the table, came behind the counter, and RINSED (not washed) her hands and began talking about a large order she had to make.
