Good food, but prices on the high end (particularly for sandwiches). Clean environment, order takers/cashiers are friendly and outgoing. Some of the best hushpuppies in town, however vegetable sides (green beans, collard greens, baked beans) are of the canned variety and bland. At least serve the brown sugar & molasses baked beans. We use to go to Mr.BBQ every few months on medical visits to BowmanGrey ( aka Wake Forest's medical school ). It's been three years but the BBQ is still my favorite in NC .Sadly they no longer serve the incredible homemade cakes they once did ...Man,I was bummed .But glory be to God -.
