Don’t understand these poor ratings at all! I live close by and I get excellent service at this particular location of Bojangles All the time. The staff is always very polite And the manager and staff answer all questions expertly. Kudos to a wonderful staff. Food is always delicious of course
The wait here's the biggest issue. Foods usually fine
