The friendly staff appears understaffed as it took several minutes for my order to be taken. Other patrons were milling about on their cell phones and it was unclear as to if their orders had been taken at all. It's confusing for new customers to understand who is in line and who's waiting for their order. There was a lot of liquid spillage at the drink machine that borders on being a safety issue.

Very disappointed. 7pm on a Wednesday and they were out of chicken, dirty rice, mac and cheese, and who knows what else. I will not be back as a customer. Supposedly a chicken shortage lol

The was good and hot but the young chick at the window was rude and as hell. But if you don’t want to work the public find another job. I try to be curious of others when I place my order but you snatching my card and throwing my food out the window is unacceptable. And if I didn’t have my children in the car I would showed out. All the attitude is not called for.

Just got a 8 piece and biscuits and got home and chicken was dry …nothing but bones and skin smh …was trying this place out after a long time and see it still isn’t got any quality checks on their chicken like last time …I’ll be goin back to church’
Trinity at the window was amazing, her positive attitude towards my extremely large and ongoing orders made my entire day. Such a sweetheart, and made my experience wonderful.

This Bojangles does not even deserve 1 star. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt because I am a restaurant manager myself, but ever time I've been here it's a bad experience. Horrible service, it's always a 20 min wait on chicken, and that's after you've already waited 15 mins just for them to come to the intercom. It's just ridiculous! This place needs new management and employees ASAP!
